Warranty Policy

Easeoxygen offers a one-year warranty. For one year from the date of receipt of the product, we will provide free technical support and replacement service if your product fails due to manufacturing defects.

Accessories (such as tubes, filters, connectors, etc.) are not covered by the warranty. We guarantee the quality of accessories at the time of purchase, but they may wear out. Customers should bear the shipping costs of returning the product.

Regular maintenance, repairs and parts replacement due to normal use are not covered by the warranty. Defects or damage caused by subjective abuse, misuse or accidents are not covered by the warranty.
